Director of Engineering: Aswini (Ash) Ponneri Siva Gnanam

Ash has a deep working knowledge of and significant experience deploying Cisco networking, Cisco UCS Servers, Nimble SAN Storage, and VMware ESX/vSphere for designing/building Highly Available datacenter infrastructure.  She is also familiar with networking products from Barracuda, SonicWALL, Fortinet, WatchGuard, HPE, Aruba, FatPipe, and others.

Michael brings over 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, combining technical proficiency with a strong leadership foundation from his time in the U.S. Army. He is skilled in managing high-performing teams, optimizing IT support functions, and implementing ITIL-aligned processes to improve operational efficiency and end-user satisfaction. His hands-on experience and strategic mindset ensure the seamless alignment of IT services with business goals, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Director of Marketing: Enrique Ruiz III

Enrique Ruiz III brings more than 13 years of marketing experience and 10 years of leadership and marketing management experience across technology, professional services, and other growth-focused organizations. His career has centered on building brands, developing marketing strategies, creating scalable marketing operations, and connecting marketing initiatives to measurable business objectives.

With a background that includes leading marketing for an IT services organization, Enrique brings firsthand experience working within the technology services industry and understands the unique challenges of communicating complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with business decision-makers. His experience spans brand development, lead generation, campaign strategy, content and collateral development, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations.

At Coeus Consulting, Enrique leads the company’s marketing strategy and initiatives, with a focus on strengthening the Coeus brand, expanding market visibility, supporting business development, and building the marketing foundation for continued growth.

Lead manager for system design, programming, and implementation of a bespoke computer system for a life insurance company. Wide range of experience in full-cycle accounting for small/medium-sized companies.
